Work Services
At CSS production sites, individuals gain work experience, maximize their work skills and transition into jobs in the community.
- 235 adults were employed at our production centers
- 7% of those who left the program transitioned into jobs in the community

- 32% of participants said they were "satisfied" with our services

Provided Through Our Community Access Programs (CAP) and the George Miller Centers
Through CAP, individuals gain independence and achieve personal goals as they access community resources and develop new skills.
- 256 adults participated in these programs
- 63% of participants met or exceeded their individual goals in community access, recreation & leisure, personal/domestic skills and vocational skills
- Participants, case managers and families rated their satisfaction at 4.9 out of 5 possible points
Provided Through Our ARC Inroads Program
Through ARC Inroads, a fully community-based service, adults have the opportunity to self-direct their services and pursue their individual goals.
- 48 adults participated in these programs
- 70% of participants met or exceeded their individual goals in self-advocacy, social networking, employment, education and community experiences
- Participants, case managers and families rated their satisfaction at 4.9 out of 5 possible points
