CARE Parent Network's Early Education Council (EEC) serves as a clearinghouse for information about services and supports for children with special needs (including developmental, behavioral and health needs). The EEC also works, through family and professional education and outreach, to increase inclusion of children with special needs in community programs in Contra Costa.

We provide a number of services for professionals in early intervention and early education inlcuding: workshops and trainings, outreach and in-service presentations and activities, meetings of the Early Education Council, and a monthly resource update and training calendar.  Contact our Early Education Coordinator at 925-313-0999 ext. 107 to schedule an in-service presentation by one of our staff, to request our participation in a community event or to be placed on our electronic mailing list for our monthly resource update and training calendar and announcements about the Early Education Council.
