Through a partnership with California Children Services our Parent Health
Liaison provides information and support to families of children with special health care needs and families of children who receive services from California Children Services.
Parents can request assistance in compiling a Care Notebook, a tool to organize
their child's health, developmental and educational records. This resource is available free of charge to all families we serve.
