CSS is a division of Contra Costa ARC (Association for Retarded Citizens). Founded in 1965 as a non-profit organization, Contra Costa ARC assists adults and children with developmental disabilities to become independent and self-sufficient. We currently serve over 500 individuals in our programs every day. CSS production centers in Richmond, Concord, and Antioch provide employment and training to adults with developmental disabilities. Our Supported Employment program assists adults to find jobs and work independently in businesses throughout Contra Costa County. |
